Old Town Taito International Comedy Film Festival (SHITA COME) is coming back this September (21-25, Sep) and the official website for its 2nd edition has just been launched.

This year's SHITA COME's visual is illustrated by Keiko Sootome, a new author creating new trends in Japanese pop culture with her eccentric, nostalgic visual style reminiscent of the Showa-Era.
