Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly (Rose Byrne) fixed a problem with his neighbor, student Teddy (Zac Efron) and live a quiet life. One day, a slutty college girl, Shelby (Chloë Grace Moretz) moves in next door. Shelby invites many college students and has parties every night. The college girls in bikinis start sunbathing around their house. By allying with his former enemy Teddy, Mac faces a neighborhood battle with Shelby and the college girls!
“Neighbors” returns, further boosting the power of dirty minds! The couple suffering from annoying neighbors faces a new enemy in the form of slutty college girls led by Chloë Grace Moretz.
