Kentaro Amanoshizuku, who works at city hall, is 35 years old and has never had a girlfriend. He's shy and unfriendly, and lives a mundane life commuting back and forth to work. His parents become worried and arrange an official marriage meeting with Mihoko, the only daughter of a wealthy family, without knowing that she's blind.
