An ordinary banker, Taivnaa, is fired from his job after discovering his colleagues are involved in illegal transactions. His young daughter has brain cancer and Taivnaa urgently needs money to pay for her treatment. In desperation he hooks up with an old friend, onetime boxer and policeman-turned-petty criminal Tulgaa and proposes robbing the bank. With help from a computer specialist and a driver, they name the robbery “Operation Tatar”.
