Kasumi joins the rakugo (comic storytelling) world that enthralled her as a child. Not only is she at a disadvantage being a female in a male-dominated world, but her master is a troublemaker in the rakugo world. Then suddenly her master announces that he will perform the forbidden program, “Hiougi Nagaya.”
